Suntory Yamazaki Limited Edition 2022

This limited edition Yamazaki celebrates a marriage of a range of malts  in first fill Japanese oak 'Mizunara' barrels each aged for twelve years or more in new Quercus Crispula barrels. With a focus on utilising top quality Mizunara wood in the maturation process, what is left is an aromatic expression delivering a lively combination of fruity and spicy notes. This is achieved by a nose of pineapple, orange and nutmeg with a palate of honey, coconut cream and blueberries, finished by vanilla, ginger and faint smoke. The result is smooth, flavourful and moreish.
