Alike to the founder Jack Daniel, Jimmy Bedford was both a farmer and a whiskey-maker, so he knew a thing or two about the importance of strong roots. He made his whiskey Jack's way. True to its roots and true to Jack's words - "every day we make it, we'll make it the best we can." This range celebrates the seven master distillers who have overseen production since 1866. No.6 is named after James Howard Bedford, who operated from 1988 to 2008. Light, sweet and smooth on the nose, with hints of spice and smoke. The palate has a soft mouthfeel, with notes of banana, nuts and caramel. The sweetness lingers in the finish, along with some toasty oak.
